Engine

The Amkodor 352 engine weighing 0.65 tons is produced at the same plant as the equipment itself. This is a 7.1 liter six-cylinder power plant in which the cylinders are arranged vertically. The D-260.9 model is characterized by a power of 132 kW or 180 horsepower, it is reliable and not picky.

To ensure the possibility of starting the unit in winter, a pre-heater is installed.

The maximum torque of the motor is 690 Nm, shaft rotation speed is 1500 rpm.

Chassis

Excellent characteristics of Amkodor

352 are due to the coordinated operation of all systems. The power plant interacts with a hydromechanical gearbox designed for six speeds (four forward and two reverse). The reverse motion is activated with maximum convenience, which guarantees efficiency and productivity. Thanks to the hydromechanical gearbox, it became possible to change gears from front to rear without completely stopping the car. When installing a standard box for frontal technology, this function is not possible.

The loader can operate on a sloped base while remaining stable. This is due to the low center of gravity. Its versatility is ensured by the possibility of installing more than 40 types of additional replaceable working parts.

The standard package includes a compressor, through which the tires are inflated and the radiator is cleaned.

The Amkodor 352 brake system includes two components: parking and emergency. They are characterized by high reliability and ease of management. These are single-disc dry-type units with spring compression. Doublers are installed on the systems, which guarantees additional safety. Regardless of the speed, the braking distance does not exceed 10 m.

All-wheel drive makes cornering effortless. The main structure of the machine is an articulated frame. The basic assembly includes hydraulic feedback and an emergency pump for the front axle. With their help, it is possible to continue performing work operations in conditions of failure of the main equipment.

The Amkodor 352 is controlled using a gearbox, which allows the loader to move forward at speeds of up to 9 km/h in 1st gear, up to 15.5 km/h in 2nd gear, up to 25.3 km/h in 3rd gear and up to 43.5 km/h in 4th gear, as well as up to 8.6 km/h in 1st gear and up to 25.4 km/h in 2nd gear reverse.

Loader design features

The Amkodor-Z52 loader chassis is based on a reinforced articulated frame. They have a rear-hood layout with a high-set cabin, which has panoramic glazing and wide doorways with access to both the right and left sides. For ease of landing, three-stage ladders are provided, as well as an additional support platform on the front side of the rear wing. Around the hood is a fairly wide platform to provide easy access to the engine, covered by several quick-release panels.

A powerful motor and universal hydromechanical transmission guarantee consistently high performance and help to maximize the potential of the special vehicle in any type of work. The geometric parameters of the loader are optimally selected to ensure an ideal ratio with the weight and power of the machine. The combination of these parameters ensures not only productivity, but also operational safety. The main mounted working equipment has a Z-shaped arrangement. This solution contributes to the implementation of great effort when cultivating land plots.

The loader transmission is equipped with a limited slip differential. The steering is equipped with a hydraulic drive with feedback, and the braking system is built on the basis of multi-disc mechanisms that operate “in oil” and have a separate hydraulic drive along the axes. The parking brake is implemented using a single-disc dry mechanism with spring compression and hydraulic release. The loader's hydraulics are controlled by two separate pumps and a 4-section hydraulic valve.

The articulated frame design combined with hydraulic steering improves maneuverability, ride quality and control. It is impossible not to note the increased directional stability and maneuverability, as well as resistance to possible rollover. The special vehicle is optimized for a variety of attachments, and thanks to this, it is maximally unified with any attachment option.

Attachments with significant mass will not negatively affect the performance of the loader, but on the contrary, will have the best effect on it. The manufacturer even recommends installing large buckets with a capacity of up to five cubic meters in order to be able to use more loads at a time.

"Amkodor-Z52" is an all-season special vehicle, adapted to any climatic conditions, designed to operate at temperatures from minus 20 to plus 40 degrees.

About cross-country ability: in addition to the presence of all-wheel drive and wide-profile tires, the developers of the Amkodor-Z52 managed to increase the cross-country ability due to high ground clearance, thick steel protection of the engine compartment, as well as minimal body overhangs and high approach and departure angles. As a result, the operator of this special vehicle has the ability to drive along ruts and muddy soils, on any slippery surface; overcome 30 percent climbs.

Operator's cabin

The main aspect when designing the cabin was safety, so the design is equipped with additional stiffeners and FOPS and ROPS systems. At the same time, the viewing angle remained quite large. The Amkodor 352 device assumes the absence of metal walls in the glazing area, which opens up wide visibility in the working area both in front and behind the loader. For the convenience of the driver, there are handrails located on the cab, doors and wings.

Additionally, it is worth noting such an innovation as an improved lighting system. It consists of a block of spotlights installed on the roof of the car. This ensures the required level of lighting within the work site.

The high-quality hydraulic system of Amkodor 352 is responsible for the ease of control of the loader. The equipment is equipped with a modern cabin, the controls of which are connected to the hydraulic system.

The cabin, which meets modern safety standards, is equipped with high-strength stops and additional stiffening ribs, which ensure guaranteed protection of the operator in any emergency situations.

The cabin interior is very austere and modest: it is designed in a simple utilitarian style, but in terms of workplace ergonomics it is well thought out: the operator does not need to reach for the necessary levers; Comfortable seating provides good visibility in all directions. Two joysticks have been added to the operator’s workplace, which are responsible for the precise positioning of the working equipment during its operation and its quick change if necessary. Through the use of a soundproofing layer, it was possible to significantly reduce the level of extraneous noise and vibrations in the cabin. The wide glass area provides ideal visibility in all directions, 360 degrees.

The dashboard informs the operator about the status of the loader, including the degree of its load, and possible overload of the attachments. There is a sun visor above the windshield; the presence of additional lighting outside and inside guarantees efficient operation even in the dark. Access to the cabin is provided by handrails on the doors and wheel fenders, as well as steps with anti-slip coating.

352. This is a pair of joysticks that are responsible for the operation of the quick-change mechanism for working parts and the movement of the boom mechanism. Other controls are also at the operator's fingertips, ensuring productivity, efficiency and comfort. The steering column is used to control the movement of the loader.

The dashboard contains an indicator of the fill level of the Amkodor 352 fuel tank, the oil level in the hydraulic system, the temperature of the coolant in the engine and other important indicators. There are also switches that activate the window cleaners and washers. Thus, there is more free space on the dashboard for a comfortable location of the main buttons and indicators.

The machine is equipped with side mirrors and a rear-view mirror in the cabin. To protect the operator in sunny weather, there is a visor on the front window.

Attachments

Thanks to the modern high-quality hydraulic circuit of the Amkodor 352, it is possible to work with a large number of additional working parts. There are more than 40 types, which makes the loader universal. To reduce downtime, the manufacturer has provided an attachment replacement system controlled from the interior. To grab and secure equipment, you must use the hydraulic controls, also located in the cab.

The price of Amkodor 352 depends on the availability of additional options and equipment modifications. One option is the tropicalized 352-11 loader. The following are installed on it:

  • air conditioning system;
  • high-quality filters for air purification (dry and oil-inertial), which guarantees comfortable work when the work site is dusty;
  • powerful cooling system, which includes radiators made in Italy by Bondioli and a hydraulic fan drive;
